Mumbai University — For holding my original graduation certificate and 6th sem result

I had applied for my graduation certificate and 6th sem result from mumbai university on 23rd September 2021 bt till now i didn't get it. I have got rejection in may job opportunities because of this please provide my these original documents asap. Otherwise i have to go for consumer forum.
