Mumbai University — marked absent in examination

I've given the tybsc sem 6 examination in apeil 2019, and the results are out today only. But me an ny few friends are marked as absent in our paper 1 subject evwn though we've attended it. Please solve this issues regarding results as soon as possible. As it directly connected to our future. Also is there any possibility tgat results will be revised?

I was present on the date of examination for but when I got my result there was maintained that I was absent for the examination
