Mumbai University — Marksheet Verification Request Pending - Request ID - 8284

I had applied for Marksheet verification of Semester 7th and 8th, on the Mumbai University website (univ.secur.co.in) on 26th April 2023 with Application ID- 8284 and also paid required fees, attaching the receipt. On 29th April, 2023 I received a mail to edit my year of passing and Semester which was also done on 29th April 2023.

Since than i haven't received anything from MU nor they are responding to any mails or calls. On their website it's mentioned that the process takes 7-10 working days. With no other way left to follow up with them I had to raise this issue to this forum.

Request your help and please do the needful.
