Mumbai University — Not receiving 6th sem marksheet and degree certificate

This query is regarding result and degree certificate is not received after rechecking.

Brief description: I was given T.Y.Bsc IT ATKT exam on dated 4/12/2019 then I got result as failed then I applied for rechecking on dated 24/1/2020 whose result i got on 27/02/2020 and my ATKT get cleared I passed in rechecking but till now i have not received my 6 sem marksheet and degree certificate.
