Mumbai University — Overpriced Attestation Service / No breakdown of fees

Recently i wanted Transcripts/MOI for my spouse’s immigration purposes, and filled an application on its online portal mu.etranscripts.in. The portal first of all is pathetic and in dire need of modernisation. The process is weirdly online/offline, I mean if they could email college for confirmation of transcripts that they sent which we added in portal, they could just directly ask college for transcripts right? or just verify themselves, after taking whopping 18k+ for transcripts & moi, for ecctis. My main complaint is not showing any breakdown the receipt that they sent, or before paying the fees at all. They just say it varies by application. Unfair. If we compare that Pune university, the fees are beyond comprehension.
I would like to request University to reconsider what they charge for this service, and make it clear to students.
