Mumbai University — Profile locked can't edit

I had filled online admission form, for the MASTER'S OF ARTS (ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA ADVERTISING[protected]. I couldn't edit my profile as it Say's "you have already applied for some program, thus your profile is locked hence forward you will not be able edit your profile." Which I haven't, until 18/11/2020, for Master's in E.M.A (PART-1). I have already filled and submitted the online forms, and college admission form. I couldn't edit the education qualifications, of my 10th and 12th Board's exam. The school and college name wasn't edited so it is submitted without any data or name of school, college. What can be done.
