I a 5th yr bls/llb student have been marked absent in law of evidence though i appeared for the exam.
In intellectual property law paper i have been scored just 06 marks and i believe that only my supplement copy was assessed and not my main answer sheet and have reason to believe that mumbai university has lost my paper or mixed it up.
I have applied for photocopy and revaluation too but by the time photocopy and revaluation will be done it will be too long and with already my results delayed i have already lost 1 year as i cannot pursue further studies and also i cannot be hired by any company as i have not cleared all my exams yet.
Another setback for me is that aibe all india bar exam is scheduled for 3rd december 2017 and i have to register before 31st october 2017 and with current problems within mumbai university i doubt mu will be able to provide photocopy and revaluation results within 1 month
After results i have to maharashtra state bar council for enrollment number and only then i will be eligible to register for aibe exam scheduled on 3rd december 2017 and all this process had to be completed before 31st october 2017 otherwise i will loose 1 complete year.
If mu is able to solve the problem before 30 september 2017 then i might make it for the aibe exam.
I have never got kts in my entire 5 years of law studies and have cleared all exams in 1st attempt itself with scoring 1st and 2nd class in previous years exams.
I am also 3 top ranker in my college.
If mu fails in solving the problem within 1 month then i will be forced to take legal action by filing consumer case and petition in hc for monetary compensation Was this information helpful? |
