Phone not getting the network also have some issues with voice calls which is basic function. bluetooth headphones are not gettting connected to any of bluetooth enabled device there is no indicator to bluetooth device to show status and also there is no key to connect or disconnect the device. no manual isa supplied with the product for showing how to ude or how connect this bluetooth to mobile devices

Hi,

this bloody site called munafa.com has delivered poor quality shirt. I have ordered XL size as i wear XL size usually but the shirt they have delivered would not fit even a school going kid.

I tried contacting them on the number provided by them over their site but the only response i could get is " our executives are busy on other calls".

Such a poor site should not be let to run to cheat people.

Shirt buttons are hanging around as it may fall off anytime.

Please do the needful.

I have recently made a purchase from munafa.co.in and my order id is 323185.
I ordered lg tone bluetooth headphone for 500/- +60/- (shipping) which they listed with an actual cost of 1999/- on their site.

The order that I received is the fake one and is not working. Also, the product seems like as it has been packed in a used box of lg just to maintain the brand integrity. But, it comes out to be a fake one. It works only qhen we connect a charger and switches off when we disconnects it. What is the use of buying a bluetooth headset when we need to stick to switch-board for listening music?
When I asked for return they said that the product doesn't fall under warranty so we cannot refund your amount. On the other hand their website claims to sell 100% original products with 100% buyer protection.
And if it so then an original product comes with certain warranty and everyone knows it. Firstly they should remove the tag that they are selling 100% original products because they are not.
Company like this should be banned and immediate action should be taken against them.

I am writing this mail to bring your immediate attention towards the issue that there is a online site called “munafa.com” i had placed an online order for power bank worth rupees 750/- on dated 18th august 16 (Order no - oid267254), but i have been cheated by them as the product which i got it is not working. I called on their customer care number but first thing is that they don’t pick up the phone i tried 20-30 in day then they connect our call and those people are not responding on this issue.
Than my uncle find the address of their office through their site and visited to delhi, on their below address

But my uncle become shocked as there is no office of munafa, there was a another factory “netone electronics (P) ltd.” there. There my uncle meet the company in charge of mr. Siddharth jain and told him my concerns. Then he stated that for last 5-6 months there are so many people has visited their factory address and ask about this munafa office. They people are also very worry about that there are some fraud people are using their factory address. They also file the complain for the same but didn’t get any result for it.

Sir, this incident made me mentally physically harasses, we are requesting you to please look into this matter; there are some people who are being cheated through munafa.

I ordered shoes from munafa.co.in.
they displaed the pic of shoes from nike but when i opened the box they are very different from them even the a single string doesn't match with the shoes they displayed

Watch : The product shown on the website does not match the delivered product. Also the product received is in a broken state.

Power Bank : Had ordered Samsung power-bank, but it doesn't charge at all even after charging it for hours. Looks as if it has been used before. Has scratches all over the product.

Clothes : The size ordered was 34 inches for trousers. The quality is inferior also the size is not 34 inches. After measuring it is found to be 28 - 30 inches.
