I bought promate lush for 1600 now they are not giving warranty replacement for the product which i bought. They are asking to pay 1000 more to give another product and they are not sure if that product works fine...

As I have taken redmi A3 4GB RAM and 128 GB. So I reached near the Sangeetha mobile and dealer given me the bill after 3, 4 working days. And I see that the bill provided to me, it seems like it's not the bill of Sangeetha, there is no logo in that bill of Sangeetha.So I need a clear justification on this.

I cancelled my order immediately before delivering the product because of not getting Rs2000/- instant discount on the product by paying through ICICI bank credit card as mentioned in the Sangeetha mobile shopping site. I received 2℅ less refund of amount what I have paid. Amount deducted was Rs69499/- and amount refunded was Rs68109.02. Is this the way sangeetha mobiles are cheating...

I bought mobile 2 days back at your store which is hanging now first when it is hanged I notified to store they said to reboot the device but still I am facing mobile hanging issues, neither store is refunding my only nor they are replacing it, kindly resolve this issue....

I have purchased a mobile VIVO Y56 8GB, 128GB along with 12M VAS Assure pack at one of the sangeethamobile stores, i. e - Vemulawada (WIPL - C).

I ordered a Boat Kids wanderer watch for my son, Blue color watch is what I ordered however I received the pink color boat watch. I ordered through online mode and selected blue color only which I can see in my order but looks like mistakenly you have delivered pink color watch.
