I had placed an order for Realme P4x on Friday Jan 23 2026 which was provided to be delivered to Chennai address by Jan 24, 2026. As of now the order has not been delivered. The tracking shows it is still in bangalore, & now a message has been shown to contact the customer care centre.
I had been calling the customer care centre since saturday, yet no response....

No Refund, No response

I, Suhas SS, booked an iPhone 17 (Black) on 24th September 2025 through Sangeeta Mobiles with Order ID: 1607734.

While placing the order, I chose the ICICI Debit Card EMI option (₹12, 000 × 6 months) to avail the offer price of ₹9, 500. However, instead of the EMI plan, the entire amount of ₹82, 900 was debited at once, and the promised offer/discount was not applied.

This has caused me financial distress...

on jan 17th/2025, purchased mobile at sangeetha mobile store, 27th main, HSR layout. Amount paid through debit card, amount 1849 debited twice.
Immediatly I noticed and inform same. The store manager said to me that the amount will refund with in 3 days.

VAS fraud by Sangeetha Mobiles

I bought a mobile in 2022 with VAS 1 year warranty for Rs 2000, after 1 year I went to Sangeetha store to claim it, they said some issue in claiming, they said they will update me through phone. After that they didn't respond anything. I was trying to connect with the store but call was not picked. Now When I ask after a year they say the VAS voucher is expired. I was not told about the details and expiry of VAS & Terms and conditions....

    Earphone warranty replacement

      2% less refund received of my total amount paid

      I cancelled my order immediately before delivering the product because of not getting Rs2000/- instant discount on the product by paying through ICICI bank credit card as mentioned in the Sangeetha mobile shopping site. I received 2℅ less refund of amount what I have paid. Amount deducted was Rs69499/- and amount refunded was Rs68109.02. Is this the way sangeetha mobiles are cheating...
