I had the connectivity through Facebook as your products were advertised over Facebook platform, hence I ordered for Smart watch with free earphone against Order No. MUN503649. The consignment was delivered to me against Invoice No. JWH[protected]. when the products were delivered to me I had opened it in front of the person who had come for delivery but that did not work.The delivery person expressed his inability to take back. The despite my all efforts could not be switched on the Smart watch and the earphone is very noisy. both the articles are of Zero value, this is clear cheating with me. I had been persistently attempting to reach your company but the telephone No given [protected] does not work, and the website also docent work the address is not provided on the Box.
