They sent some inext headphones and faulty power bank.after having a conservation through email about complaint registration and all yesterday they sent an email saying ur product doesnt have any guarantee or warranty so we can't replace it.only after calling them they sent those 2 3 emails otherwise they dont bothered what their customers get this my last email to this site and them I am moving for a consumer complaint...at least they should have Courtesy to accept their mistake
