Munafa — Defect product received | |||
I had order combo of 3 jeans. No information other than booking confirmation was provided after 2 weeks my order was delivered at my address. The product delivered was so bad one of the jeans was sinking so bad. I was very disappointed by the product. So i tired to contact customer care so that i can ask for refund, but the company doesn't replied to any of my complaint mail and then when i called on the number provided no one attended my call and after 5 min the call disconnected. I was charged rs 1009 cash for the above ordered mentioned.
