Muncipal Corporation — stray dogs menace

To The Head Officer Muncipal Corporation, Sir/madam, We have a situation of stray dogs menace in our street. There are lot of stray dogs barking and biting people, kids and our dogs. Its difficult for every passer by to pass from there, people who are aware avoid coming though this street. These dogs keep urinating and excreting in front of our house and entire street, we fear this will invite any illness.These dogs not only keep barking and dirtying entire street but also keep barking day and night disturbing the sleeps. We cant even step out of our house.Swatch Bharat initiative and purpose is being defeated, can we not expect from Muncipal corporation and India a clean place to live.
