I am a resident of sector 70 HIG Block Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab. I would like to request you to check the nuisance caused by stray dogs in this particular locality.Dogs bite anybody passing from the lane.It is difficult for elder people to go for a walk around the area, as the dogs bark on the passerby everytime.
