Municipal Corporation Amritsar — Bad road work by constructor

I'm a resident of a 232 new partap nagar amritsar near 100ft road. Our colony's road construction is on work. But constructer has only interest with his perticular friend and has no interest with anyone's requirements. Our concilor and constructor did to the road what his friend said to them .if no one concern to my complaint i will have to go to the higher authorities.
