We draw your immediate attention of your good self that we have given on rent for the use of stairs of our building to kanwarpreet singh one of the owners of vicky suit dupatta store in property no.10/2, gali darjian wali karmon deori amritsar for easy entry to their cloth show room in the neighbourhood building. They made big hole in the back wall for use of entry thru our stairs. The validity of rent note has already expired and inspite of our several requests, they are not filling the big hole as there are cracks in the wall and bldg can cause damage. Kindly depute team and inspect the site for stopping entry of above tenant through our stairs and cancellation of rent note. Also arrange for demolition of 3rd floor which is in a delapidated condition and can fall at any time. The big hoarding installed by them unauthorisedly may also be demolished.
