I am a resident of street no. 4, nai basti bathinda. Sir, due to poor maintenance and improper street design and sewer system our street no 4, nai basti suffers from very poor hygenic condition during rain. Our houses are filled with back water flow of sewer water which is very unhygienic and pathetic. Sir it is my humble request please look into the matter and please help us to deal with this issue.
