There is no service of Garbage collection vehicle since 02 February 2023 in street no.5/1, 5/2 and 5/2C of baba farid Nagar.Pl provide the routine garbage collection vehicle.

Dear sir,
Its humbly request for that in front of our house one sewage drain hole overflow by your employee and all dirty water down to our wall, its effect of our ground wall. So please resolve it as soon as possible .

I am Vanita Devashwar, resident of Guru Nanak Nagar, Multania Road, Bathinda wants to inform you to initiate action so that water pipe line for my house be connected frommain water line at the earliest

The Middle Street Light of Kalia Street Opp.PRTC Workshop Bhatinda is not working properly, Pl.look into the matter and remove the defects.

The owner of street whose house no MCB Z1/09125 he has made a illegal block out of his house. Because of the street is small, the residents of the locality have to face a lot of trouble because of that block, you are requested to break this blot

i just want to complaint you for the ENCROACHMENT in veer colony by Mr. lachman dass H.no 250 veer colony.they had covered all the foot path erea along with the 1 feet area of the road, which is illigal and against the corpaoration law.the footpath are for the convinience of the citizens, but they illigaly encroched permanantly since 5 years.children are helpless to play on the roadside area. SIR. as you know today, s roads are risky for the children, becoz for the heavy traffic.

so kindly take strict action immediatly, so that we may not suffer further anymore, its also stated that other house owners may not encroch the footpath or road.plz take action immediatly, so that we may not proceed legally. (SENDING YOU THE PHOTO ATTACHMENT FOR THE PROOF)

Reg : Wrong execution of Construction work at Jogi Nagar Gali NO. 5/1 Bathinda,
Sir,
1.Kindly refer to my application on the subject send through registered post. In continuation thereof I beg to say that Construction of road in the vicinity has been undertaken by Corporation. I was not confident, but sure that shortcoming already pointed out vide my ibid application would be rectified. For the purpose I also met the Mr Jagtar Singh, Advocate, Counciller of our Ward, who after visiting the site promised and asked the concerned JE to do the needful telephonically. But yesterday the Contractor and JE refused to accede to genuine request regarding smooth and proper leveling of road. They have constructed the road under the influence of some person who are only interested for their benefit and not in the larger interest of public.
Sir, The road starts from the northern side, therefore, the natural flow of the water is towards southern side, (as the level of the road is very naturally high (Tibba) from this side) but to benefit certain person the level of the road from house No. 30692 has been raised considerably diverting the flow of water towards northern side again which would be resulted in stagnation of water into my house No. 30695. So much so, the contractor and JE for the reasons best known to them also levelled the road high in front of my house thereby the roof and other water used by the inhabitants residing in front of my house would enter in and around my home. No provisions for putting the water direct to sewage has been inserted in both side of gali/road.
Sir, the contention of the JE and Contractor is that the flow of water has been made half of the Gali to southern side and half of the northern side. Sir, you will please appreciate that when the southern side of the gali is much higher (being Tibba) how the water can be diverted to this side. I as a lay man feel that the same is not covered under any engineering practice and thus is technically is fetal. If the practice of the JE/Contractor is right, why the same practice is not followed in other streets. Apparently, the contractor and JE are working under the influence of some person and not getting the work executed technically for the benefit and well being of all.
Sir, the road has been constructed by concerned contractor as per asking of some person who as dictated for their convenience get the work executed. But I being Defence employee not available at the home all the times which cannot be termed as my fault as the Govt works are to be executed only in accordance with lay down procedure.
Sir, from the above, I humbly seek your intervention in the matter for rectification of the defects and proper and smooth leveling of road. Hoping that your goodself would take cognizance of the matter and get the needful done. For this I and my family members would be grateful to you.

Sorry for disturbing you, but as there is blockage of sewarage system in my street
since last one month. two sweeper daily come but reply that that is not their duty
they just sit in a corner and see all this. now it is very difficult to pass through street. as in same street WATER R.O SYSTEM IS installed So difficult for people to fullfill their water bottle from there. kindly do needful.
may be sweper say rightly that its not his duty , if he is not responsible kindly convey to the authority who is responsible

Regarding construction of road and arrangement of street light in front of my home in Gali No:7, Guru Nanak Nagar, Multania Road, Bathinda

I, Vanita Devashwar resident of above mentioned house request to the office of your honor The Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Bathinda to initiate necessary steps to solve my problems. It is pertinent to mention that rainy season is approaching thus there is need to the construction road in front of the house in the Gali as well as arrangement of street light is very necessary for the safe movement at night from the house.
