Municipal Corporation Chennai — Bribery Charges

I am disgusted when the person helping me with the luggage mentioned that he has some tie up with the Air India Ticket agent and he can check in my luggage without any additional cost, if I offer to pay him. Sounds like, the bribery money is being share with Air India Ticket Agents.

Very unprofessional/rude behavior. I am willing to provide any supporting document. I am willing to take this to the press with the evidence I have, based on your response.
