Municipal Corporation Chennai — Hike in electric bill for my Mumbra house

Hi, I have a complaint that my electric bill is coming almost double than before, this is for my Mumbra house in Samad Arcade. 2nd floor. Recently we found the meter is been changed by torrent & the meter reading is very high. Means not starting from Zero.

Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.
