I had a shipmenttneeds to be recieved, none of the excecutive called me and communicated about package but in portal the status was updated as costomer refused to collect the package how can you blame a customer as the mistake is from your end and while trying to contact customer support they made me wait to 30 minz and disconnected the call, how such irresponsible people you are why you are accepthing the packegaes if you are unfit to do your jobs,
If you dont have efficient staff to deliver just intimate the customer to come and collect the package or else dont accept the packages
You dont know the emergency of the customers how resklessly you guys behave towars the customers.
