Municipal Corporation Chennai — Won't start

Hi I have a tata super ace vehicle runs perfect when it wants to I have recently have had issues with getting it started the emobalizer sometimes plays up it has now reach a point where it won't start at all moter turns when u crank it but won't fire.. The vehicle left my wife stranded at my children school and I had to get the vehicle towed back home I stay 250km away from any tata dealership is there anyway tata could give some Form of assistance???
