Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] — complaint 2 week back still the main hole is open

Mcg is not working on serious note if there will be any miss happening then they will do work n take actions.
Near my place there is a main hole which cap is broken none of the mcg officer os taking action where as the day miss happening occur.
Then why they are taking salary not doing work.
