Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] — I am complaining for encroachment in corner plot

The owner of house number 511 sector 7 Gurgaon has encroached approximately 8 feet and has built 2 feet cemented ramp, Infact below that there is swerage lines, main holes he has voilated all the rules and encroached.
There is no parking left for anyone, hardly 1 vehicle can pass at a time, If any commercial vehicle needs to passby the vehicles of all the residents are at risk. It is also a key factor flr water logging as its built over main hole and sewarage lines.
A strict action has to be taken, I request for the same
