Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] — Non acknowledgement of receipt of online payment of water bill

My water bill consumer no 12211370 and I recd water bill 121317 Kuldip10483-02 for period 01/10 2020 to 30/11/2020 for amt Rs 547/- which I made on line payment on 4/112/20 by debit card which was debited from my account (indus Bank debit card.) since Idid not get acknolegment I made another payment from my icici bank (Twice). infact now I have three payments of Rs 547/-each, total Rs 1641/- but I have not got the receipt on line. Kindly check and record the receipt of payment and confirm online. also confirm creditof amount Rs 1094 in our ACCOUNT. . Group Captain SCChopra (Due to some mistake from your side my name has not been correctly recorded instead of SC Chopra it is recorded as SC KAPOOR shall be highly obliged if this is rectified.
