Sir/Madam,
This complaint is to bring your kind attention towards an issue that we have been facing from a long time now.
There is an old tree in front of our residence and it has heavily overgrown and its branches are continuously falling over the electricity power lines passing above our residence. Owing to this, we are fearing that these power grid lines would fall into our residence and cause a possible accident. Apart from this, the tree's branches have continued to produce big cracks with cracking sounds whenever winds blow at high speed.
This is a constant threat which needs to be resolved. I would request you to kindly attend to the problem and trim the tree at the earliest.

Subject : Pruning of Tree
Dear Sir,

I have an overgrown Gulmohar tree in front of my above said house. Few of its branches have over grown and now striking main HD electricity supply cable connected to my house . I again request that these should be
cut/pruned at the earliest to avoid any damage to my property and electricity supply.
The helpline no provided is giving useless service and keeps you hanging for considerable long time and then gets disconnected.I have been trying to lodge my complaint there but to no effect.
