Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] — Water bill paid but receipt not generated

Address: C-282,Sushantlok ,Gurugram

Sir,

My house number is C-282, in Sushant lok and my water consumer number is[protected],
( Zarine Kumar ), Property ID-273C4927U117. I received water bill invoice number -GURGOAN_VIX23127 DATED[protected] of an amount of 8430. Accordingly I paid amount online on MCG website through net banking but receipt not generated. Transaction reference is IGALIUTRJ8 Dated[protected]. Amount deducted from my account but water bill is still pending(water bill not cleared).Please resolve my issue. Thanks
