Sir,
Very rude behaviour faced from adhar card updation centre, north zone, rajiv gandhi bhavan, memco, naroda.
The people who give forms for adhar update is very rude and no talking sence at all. Today i approached that for adhar updation security person told me token is over and come on monday but while giving explanation that i m in job so i have no time to come again. Then he said ok come within 5 mins with all documents i will talk in office.
After 5 mins when i go there the security person told i called him please give him updation form then the person who give forms told that say him to come on monday he is not aware about his commitment. And that person told me go outside of premises ur work will not b done today and told many more things.
Sir i was there at 12.50am.
Can u please tell timing on Saturday ad i was late? I can also understand present situation of COVID but when there are only 2 people for updation then what is problem with me. After explaining my situation can he is not in position to accomodate me?
Sir, the persons sitting out side also told me about behavior of that office and said many times they have to come for one work only after wasting of time in this heating condition also.
I also compalined on Toll free no. 155303 but they people are helpless and gave me landline number of that zone incharge but sir, i[censored] have some time then please dial once the numbers given on amc website for zone no one picking up the phone for single time. I have tried a lot before also but no response at all. So please do something in this regard also for convenience of citizens like u and me also...
Sir, as city civic centers are for convenience of citizen this type of people are spoiling the image of AMC as well as they have no satisfaction from such services so u r requested to please do the needful in this matter.
