Municipal Corporation Of Ahmedabad — drainage system problem

Respected sir/mam,
There is an issue of drainage system in my bungalow since long time but still there no proper solution found. I complains so many time every time it clear by ss rod but within a few days the problem persists. There is no proper solution found till to the date.
So this is my humble request to you to do something in this matter and take proper action on this to resolve the problem
