Municipal Corporation Of Ahmedabad — garbage disposal and removal of amc dustbins

I am currently residing in d cabin sabarmati area and the garbage disposal is a concerning issue as amc dustbins which were installed have been removed by amc & we don't have a dumping place. As it's consequences, sweepers have denied taking garbage and we are left to deal with it all alone. Sweepers also complaint that when they are dumping garbage in deserted place they are slapped with fines by amc officials. So what are we supposed to do sir. With monsoon underway, this could outbreak into some kind of epidemic. We have been suffering from this issue for past 2 months. Please look into it.
