Road leading to bhaskar flats, adjacent to cm motors, is never cleaned by sweepers that clean the outside road. No one seems to own up the task for varied reasons. Result filth is gathering on the sides. Dogs litter and cars are parked on the same dirt. For days ni one pays heed to it. Sweepers coming to clean roads refuse to clean it. Cm motors also does not own up the cleaning. This leads to unhygienic conditions. Please arrange to survey the road and set responsibility for cleaning on regular basis.
