Please be informed that i had received property tax bill no. 2550 dated 28-aug-2017, tenement no.[protected].
I paid the amount on 04-oct-2017 of above mentioned bill rs. 1832/- through online services of website ahmedabadcity.gov.in. My payment reference no. Provided at website is 328724. The transaction was successful and bank payment reference no. [protected] was generated for further communication. The payment has also been deducted from my icici bank account but receipt was not generated through ahmedabad muncipal website portal.
I have also registered above mentioned payment error 3 times through online option of "ahmedabad municipal corporation online tax payment error reporting page" but there is no response on my e-mail and mobile number provided while reporting the error online.
I had also sent e-mail to '[protected]@egovamc.com' but e-mail is not getting delivered to this e-mail address. I also sent e-mail to '[protected]@ahmedabadcity.gov.in' but there is no response.
On ahmedabad muncipal website portal my above payment detail is still not entered against my tenement no.
