Sir,
Due to network error at AMC Ranip office, card payment receipt was not provided for property tax.
We paid by cash and received receipt.
Furthermore we raised concern that card payment was successful and we were asked to go to usmanpura office.
We have initiated written concern and complaint there. We were assured that reverse entry will be done within 15 days.
We have submitted bank details, transaction details and time with application.
There was numerous phone call and it's 8+ months. No action was taken so far. Please look into it ASAP.
