Municipal Corporation Of Ahmedabad — road half done

The road near kantam plot between rajpath road and sindhu bhavan road is only half done and it's in very bad shape. It's been like this for last two years. The amc engineer says this is because the contractor has been black listed and they dont have funding to complete this road. I had two accidents on this road. But amc can't see this. I have located my office opposite central mall..but on road some illigel pan parlour and lari very disturb to our bussines and traffic, our car parking..when i ask for suitable parking they r talk very bad..some two wheeler and car's owner parking on road side bcos of pan parlour and vadapau lari.pls i request to tell them for right parking...
