This complaint pertains to ahmedabad municipal corporation.

I had given a request to remove name of occupier complaint number[protected] requesting remove name from occupier and had submitted all necessary along with my application to amc but the same is still pending since last 8 year

I have visited the bodakdev ward regarding this matter 2 to 3 times but the ward inspector is never available and i do not get any satisfactory response from other staff. They ask me to contact ward inspector but ward inspector is never available in office and we are also not given his contact number.

I want to ask how many times do i have to visit the ward for this small work and how long does it take to transfer owners name in property?

Looking forward for a prompt action in this matter.

My occupier left the property in 2018 and later I found out that he has not paid his professional tax. I have checked its still pending since 2017-18 showing online. I already informed him for the same but he is not bothered now and has stopped picking up my call as well.

I am unable to remove his name as a occupier because I am being asked for the copy of payment for professional tax. Being owner of the property, am I liable to pay his professional tax ? really ? How fair is it?

I really do not get it, how I am being responsible to pay tax for his business and his profit that he earned over the time using my property.

Kindly explain and help, how can I get the occupier name removed from my property without paying his professional tax?
