First time the office was given on rent on 15.01.2019 for the period from 15.01.2019 to 15.01.2020.
Before that the property was vacant and not in use. As a proof I have Torrent bill Statement from 01.03.2018 to 28.02.2019
Torrent Statement of Consumption_June2018 to February 2019.
I have already paid the payment of INR 21577/- as on 30.03.2019 for the financial year 2018 to 2019.(April 2018 to March 2019).
The amount due for two years financial year (FY[protected] and FY[protected] was showing INR 97, 496/ -.Which should be actually INR 67, 394/-.
In order to avoid late fee I have paid the due amount INR 97, 496/ - on 25/12/2020.
Please register my complaint against wrongly charging approx-25000 to 30000 INR more than my genuine due amount.
Awaiting your reply. I have also mailed my grievance on 23/12/2020 on [protected]@ahmedabadcity.gov.in and [protected]@ahmedabadcity.gov.in.
