Sir/Madam, I would like to draw attention on issue facing about door to door garbage van collection service

From many days before, garbage collection staff were not properly collecting garbage from our house.
Garbage includes- wet Household wastes, dry waste and animal littering waste, all separately tie in black medium size bags but today garbage collection staff refuse to collect our animal littering waste tie in bag.
Staff member refusing and said I do not collect such garbage in van then I object to where should I throw, again rudely that staff member says you can throw anywhere on roads and places.

On such issue, as citizens of India we cannot throw garbage anywhere as per rules and that's why such garbage collection services are provided to dump our garbage. Hence on above issues I request to look forward in this matter
