Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — Foul smell

I am a Resident of Sagar Premium Towers phase 1 and want your attention on the brook(नाला) flowing in front of it has a very foul smell and it is impossible for us to even stand in the balcony I live on 5th floor and the smell is so strong so you can imagine how strong it would be for people living on lower floors also it reduces the beauty of Bhopal when people visit and see, smell such things also it reduces our number when it comes to Swatch Bharat Abhiyan which is mission given to us for our country. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
