Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — Garbage collection is not properly done in sonagiri sector c

In reference to above the garbage collection in sonagir sector c is not done regularly done. The garbage is collected by van from selected houses. I want to know that is there any instruction for garbage team to collect garbage from selected houses. I am regularly paying garbage collection charges in advance in month of april every year. If garbage is not collected from door to door then why i am paying charges of rs 720 pm. I want to if not possible to collect garbage door to door then refund my charges
