Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — not picking up calls and not installing led street light even after complaint has been filed

I reside at idgah hills near water filter plant bhopal we dont have a working street light in our area its fully dark at night i have called the authorities ample number of times they just give me a new contact everytime i call them the street light isnt working since last 6 months i have also called nagar nigam office they dont pick our calls as per smart city led lights have been installed all over the area bt in our ward they havnt installed any led lights even when they are energy efficient i have filed online complaints bt they are not resolved every individual in nagar nigam blame each other n the complaint keep revolving from one to another bt they are not resolves we have been facing this issue from a very long time bad roads large stone have been quarreled on the roads no cleanliness on roads they dont even care about the persons life due to bad roads people every day we face accidental conditions here in our area i would like to request you kindly look into this matter n get all the work done bhopal comes under smart city even when led consumes less electricity they dont install it name of eng rajeev agnihotri he siad that it cant be installed n every time i call him he gives a new reason and he dont talk properly as well his mobile no [protected]
