Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — Rude behavior of garbage collectors in my area

Morning . ! Im Christopher Pereira .. living in bhopal with my family . my issue is tht my parents have paid taxes everytime .. but the problem is there are issue everywhere .. but i dont want to highlight eveyone of them but the most recent ... as it still booming .. today as of 02/05/2024 9:00AM thes garbage collectors .. now the problem is tht, , these guyz dont come daily .. plus they dont even wait for 2 or 3 mins .. so tht peple can get out of their houses and pass on the garbage ... i think if everyone is paying tax like for these stupid people then these poeple should work properly like waiting for people to get out of their houses to dump their garbages in the truck .. and play a music from like 300 or 400 meter away so tht people can hear them and get ready ... now if is exactly wht happened today at my place... my mother went out to dump the garbage .. we live in a appartment with only 2 or 3 families .. and these stupid people they dont wait for like 3 minutes .. everyon has some work to do at every specefic time .. so the garbage collectors are bound to wait for some time to collect .. but in my area they dont .. and its an issue for me .. if they are not of any use then they are not of any use to this society .. and not they deserve the money paid to them .. its basically we paid to them .. we pay our taxes and out taxes included everything .. if they are no good . then we should not the the tax .. right .. my mother told them to wait but they argued with my mother ..and so i also told them to talk nicely .. or else it wont be good for them but soon after this he strted talking rusbbish and they strted their vehicle and they went .. i can file a defamation case .. and a hell lot cases on the municipal corp.. bcaz we pay taxes right ..we dont want this kind of service from the govt if these people are not faithfull toward their job .. we even called some stupid lady who was maybe taking care of this area.. but tht lady seems to be stupid AF she kept of saying the garbage collectors are given rules to not wait more thn 2 mins . wht is this behaviour? and she instead of solving the issue tells us to collect the money and eveyone buy the dustbins .. someone plz educate this superb lady who is working in the office .. hats off ! these worthless people are getting paid for free and for doing nothing .. this incident took place in bhopal .. area is Priyadarshini phase 2 . near rameshwaram deluxe baghswewania bhopal ..
