Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — 20 Stray dogs

Hello sir, I live in Mukhtharunissa Begum street, Mount Road, Chennai 2. There are about 20 stray dogs in the locality. They come at midnight and create ruckus, and in the early morning hours like 4-5 A.M, they try to attack the people walking by. There number keeps on growing. I request you to, catch all the dogs. I appreciate your help.
