I am gayathri devi at ward no 37 madalam 4, kodungaiyur. About a cow man carelessness character ha had a cow shed in residential area but his house so far than a cow shed (5km) cow roaming hear and there on the street at every time sometimes buffalo come inside my house and worse my home with a cow dung and in my street also. Because of that we face so many disease and mind disturbance every day and my neighbour also agree
With that. Cow has only 5 sense they dont know any thing. But a cow man knows every thing so you make severe action sir /madam please
