Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — afraid of dengue mosquito next to my house

My neighbour houses are not maintaining properly. The terrace is blocked with rain water which is the dwelling place for mosquitos. Also the other house balcony and the terrace is filled with garbage where the mosquitos are hiding.

So we need the corporation action to clear the unwanted things which have been stored by neighbours. And it's a threat for our health too.
