Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Am complaining about dogs

Am residents at No.3, 12th street, , abirami avneue, kaviyarasu kanadasan nager(KKD) nager, chennai 600118.

In my apartment i found a dog at second floor it was calm at the beginning, but at later stage due ageing his behaviour was so rude and attempts to bit every one in our apartment, but the owner of the denying to complaint about it..

I request you to take immediate action against this rude behaviour and take this out of our house immediately. please
