We have a stray dog problem in our kaladipet market thiruvottiyur area chennai-19. We there are many dog which being shouting all the time during night.
Which make us uncomfortable to sleep or do our office work during night time.

Hello sir/mam,

We have been continuosly complaining about street dogs barking and fighting around in our streets, which is disturbing our daily life to the core. The team which is being sent here is not doing a good job. They are catching the dogs in front o[censored]s, but we are able to see the same dogs again and again. Now it has come to a point that there are almost 15 dogs in our street which is only 50meters in length and 4meters in width. Small puppies are getting smashed by cars and two-wheelers here. I hope you will understand our concern by now. Kindly look into it and do the needful as early as possible.

Sir, i am residing in central revenue quarter, 15th main road, anna nagar, chennai-40.in my area lots of street dogs (More than 25 dogs). The dogs are very violent and chasing 2/3/4 wheeler & pedestrian and pose a serious threat to all localities..
Also, the dogs are coming inside the apartment and sleeping in parking area. If we are trying to move them outside, they are trying to bite us.
Almost every night, all the dogs are barking very loudly and no one able to sleep.
I request you to take immediate action and clean all the dogs from our area. The dog counts also increasing in every year and there is no control in dog population.

They come daily into my house tbwy tear seats of vehicles and also create unnecessary expenses for the families. We can't bare it daily. It makes our place very ugly. They come in night and they out of our doors. So, i request u to catch all the street dogs in my street as soon as possible. Everyone in my street have the same problem. So, please catch these dogs immediately.

Kindly shift the garbage dumping from this place. We are repeatedly complaining about this issue, causing fool smell, dumping on floor, dumping in front of house, one side dumping of sand, bricks. The place has very unhygienic and no regular disposal is carried in this place.

I complained to the corporation but no action has been taken yet.

I am worried that these dogs will bite someone very soon and it is causing a nuisance to kids and elderly by barking vigorously throughout the day. Can it be removed to some other location.

The kerala method of killing off street dogs seems the most humane approach.
In Tamil Nadu, they just inject with preventive rabies, and then return the dog, which will create the same havoc in the same area unfortunately and does not solve the menace.
