Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Complaining about dogs

Sir / madam,

one of of our tenant having a doberman dog where they are beating with a stick and abusing the dog in their home. First they said they asked the owner permission to have a dog but they haven't got any permission. Today they are coming with the other dog.
We are all old aged people and our grand children are very afraid of these dogs. We can't step out from our door due to the bad smell. We could'nt tolerate the barking sound all the day.
Rescue the dog from these people or adopt these dogs.
Please take the action immediately.
