Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — dead dog decaying in street for past 3 days along with other garbage

Usually urapakkam east roads ll be 50% covered by garbages as garbage cleaning never happens or it happens occasionally (Once in a month). 2 days back a street dog died (Seems like illness) in 4th cross senthil nagar urapakkam which started to decompose. Till now it's not cleaned. Afraid of new disease / viruse because of the dead dog. Please clear it inorder to avoid new disease
