I am residing at block f1, vasavi parthas apartments, 83/36 venkatrangam street, triplicane, chennai 600 005
At our ground floor, a lot of construction materials unrelated to this block has been dumped which could be a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Request initiation of necessary actions through proper inspection and discussion with all residents.
The builder of our flat had registered a part of the ground floor space in their name. Any construction in the stilt car parking shall be in violation of approved plan.
Builder had preferred to dump construction materials to convey his rights over the space, in violation approved plan and regardless of the health risk to the residents of the apartment.
