Hi, am a resident from ashok nagar (Landmark: opp. To st. Mary's primary school), a diseased dog is wandering inside our flat and other neighborhood flats as well. Its got some disease where its blood is getting scattered giving a bad odour - wherever it sits or take rest, which is affecting all elderly people and children in our area. Kindly take necessary steps to save the dog and keep our environment hygiene.
